Digitalization CNG Booster Stations

REQUIREMENT

Monitoring of process parameters from Field devices (Temperatures, Pressures, mass flow meter, gas detector, energy meters).
Remote Login to access the dashboard, Get daily log sheet, Operate the emergency functions remotely.

AUTOMATION SOLUTION PROVIDED

• S7-1200 system with IO Modules for each Station.
• Mindsphere cloud solution were used to get every station data anytime anywhere. Approx 140 CNG stations, spread all over India, were monitored from the central Data-Station located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Daily Scheduled E-mail of Data logsheets and alarm alerts to respective concerns.
• Remote operations provided through web-based dashboard, this feature has reduced the charges of three-shift operator at site to one-shift.
